Jabber Server offline for update

The JabberNuke public jabber server is currently offline while we complete our migration to our faster and much newer server. We apppreciate your patience.

JabberD2 This weekend

Jabberd2 fresh install, will migrate into this over the weekend. ( Aug 21 - 22 ).
Unfortunatly we have to wait for Mysql 4.1 for jabbernuke.com to be at jabberd2, but we are adding new, planetjabber.com jabberd2 server tomorrow!

JabberNuke Project Update

Update to let you know the status of the JabberNuke core.

JabberNuke is undergoing a small delay, while we re-code its core to assume the new methods in which we are changing it.
These new methods will allow us to give you plug and play features to go with the base JabberNuke package. To further allow your PHPNuke or Jabber server the most capabilties available.

Some of these options are, Multi-Transport features.
ICQ,AOL-AIM,MSN,YAHOO, transports will now have more support.
Confrence rooms will now have much more support, allowing live chatrooms displayed on your web-page in real time.

Many new features which will allow a more administrative view towards users, and their capabilities.

Upgrade to Jabberd 1.4.3

Upgraded to Jabberd 1.4.3
Early this am, we had to pause our jabber services today to solve some issues with server connections, as well as security updates.

Currently, our Yahoo, MSN, AOL, ICQ, and confrence transports are down. We will get them back up as soon as possible.

We are performing a complete overhaul to the core of the servers abilities, and hope to offer their services again soon.
Without further Adieu, our short downtime this early AM was for good reason, and should allow us to further facilliate a fun form of communications.

Added Jabber Status Block

Added an 'Online users', Jabber Status block. It will check the status of the users logged in currently viewing the site, and reflect their 'Jabber Online Status ' in an icon on the block. Regards
